Tendu 'Massage Ball (Lacrosse Ball)'

A single smooth and hard rubbery ball for targeted deep massage, and exercises.  

Diameter- approx 6.3cm

Pressure of the ball over affected area helps to release tension. 

Can be used on many different parts of the body including feet, arms, back, hips.  

Useful in PBT classes also.
